Hi i'm wanting to know if i need to have a license to refill Scuba Tanks with oxygen. I've asked a few dive shops but they won't tell me anything or help me out, because are thinking i might do them out of business. I live in a Small town, just south of Townsville, where the demand for scuba diving is getting stronger and stronger every year, and i own and operate my own fishing tackle and dive shop, and i've been asked if i was going to get into refilling scuba tanks with oxygen, but i'm not sure if i need a license to refill them, if you could ring me back on 0428930244, many thanks Shane.
